Welcome to the site. Cosmo Enterprise, Inc. requests that you carefully read the Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy before using the site. The following terms and conditions apply only to item transactions from Cosmo Enterprise, Inc. made through our Internet site at By using the website, you agree to follow and be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

Errors on Our Website
We put forth our best effort to ensure that information on our web site is accurate, complete and current. Unfortunately, there may be instances when information about a product is inaccurate or incomplete. We reserve the right to correct errors and/or update the content such as stock images, product pricing and availability on at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing any error or inaccuracy, including after the order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Due to the sensitive nature of media products & equipment, items cannot be returned unless defective. Defective merchandise must be reported within 14 days from the date you receive it. No replacements will be made after this 14-day period. We highly recommend that you open your shipment and test your item(s) as soon as you receive it.

Replacement of defective product is subject to final approval by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for any risk and/or liability resulting from the use of any goods. Custom/special orders may not be returned/refunded.

Merchandise purchased through, which qualifies for return may be returned via mail to Cosmo Enterprise, Inc., Attn: Returns Department. You must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), by contacting us via phone. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice, automatically returned, and a handling fee implemented. An RMA is valid for only 14 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed in big lettering on the shipping box. 

Please note, there are no refunds on original shipping charges. You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage.

For any product received that is not the product you ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. All items being exchanged must be in perfect, re-saleable condition, and will include original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.  Proof of purchase (e.g. invoice receipt and/or packing slip) is required for all returns. Order discrepancies must be reported within 5 days after you receive your items. We do offer in-store credit only for future orders, should you not wish to do an exchange. 

For equipment purchases, all above conditions also apply. If product is deemed defective, items can only be replaced. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges and merchandise must be in new condition, including the original box and packaging. The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. Equipment merchandise includes projectors, digital cameras, audio/video/CD/DVD duplicators, hard drives, and the like.

In light of these terms and conditions, if you are unsure as to whether media or equipment will work with your existing media/equipment, we recommend that you call us to help you with your decision. We are unable to refund any purchase from from the time your order is placed until your product is received by you.

Any and all special order and/or clearance products purchased from cannot be returned.  All returns or exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Store Pick-Up
To ensure we have your selected Products available for pickup at the store you designated, we have instituted certain authentication procedures.

At the time of pickup, you or an authorized user for the credit card used to make the purchase must present the store with your order confirmation documents consisting of a printout of your order confirmation screen (to be printed by you at time of order), and the actual credit card used to place the order identifying the individual authorized to pick up the merchandise - either you as the purchaser or an authorized user for the credit card account - matching our records for the on-line purchase.

If you are unable to print the order confirmation screen at the time of order or have lost it prior to Product pickup, the individual picking up the Product must present valid proof of identification that matches our records and the credit card used to place your order online. We reserve the right to withhold releasing merchandise in circumstances where documentation provided does not match applicable credit card information or information provided at the point of order confirmation.

Products not picked up within 6 days of the order will be returned to inventory and a credit for the purchase amount will then be made to the credit card used to purchase the item(s). We do not guarantee availability of the Product after it has been returned to inventory. 

Shipping Products ships orders during normal business days: Monday through Friday. Currently, we do not process any shipments during the weekends or holidays. Your order must be received and confirmed before 11:59AM HST / 5:00PM EST in order for it to qualify for shipping via your indicated method.  Please ensure that your ordering information is accurate and complete to avoid delays. Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses. 

We use UPS Ground (1-2 days process time plus 3-5 days transit time), and UPS Next Day Air (1-2 days process time plus next day air transit time) as our only shipping medium, unless otherwise requested and approved by us.

UPS Ground service is limited to Oahu residents only. Inter-island residents are eligible only for UPS Next Day Air service. unfortunately does not ship to international destinations and U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam. (In order to make purchases at, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the U.S. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the U.S. Please also note that UPS will not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

All orders are processed upon receipt.  Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by  Normal processing can take 24-48 hours, and only upon verification and approval, your merchandise is shipped out immediately.  You assume all risk of loss for shipped products.

Shipping Products to Alternate Shipping Address
We also strongly recommend that you use the same address for both your shipping and billing address or your order could be delayed due to verification purposes.  If, however, the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card statement is sent), please contact your credit card company using the toll-free number on the front or back of your card and create an "Alternate Shipping Address", which will authorize purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address.  This policy is designed primarily to protect you, the customer from fraudulent use of your credit card account.  It is in your best interest to call your credit card company and notify them of your other delivery addresses so that your order can be authorized and shipped to you as quickly as possible.  If you do not call your credit card company to notify them that you are using a different shipping address for an order, your order may be delayed.  Our Credit/Warehousing Department will place the order on hold and call the billing contact person for the card.  If the billing contact person cannot be reached to verify the order, your order may be delayed further.

Unconfirmed Orders
We may have to contact a customer in order to resolve a problem with verification of credit card information, or clarify some other billing or address issue.  Please note that while we will always do our utmost to reach you by phone and e-mail, we simply cannot maintain orders in an unconfirmed state indefinitely.  If we cannot contact you within 3 business days of receipt of your order, the order will be canceled, so please be sure to provide us with contact information that will enable us to reach you in timely fashion should the need arise.

School/Government Purchase Orders
We accept purchase orders only from school and government agencies. If you plan to use a purchase order, please enter the purchase order number when you checkout. Please be sure your purchase order is accurately filled out and approved. Note: We do not accept purchase requisition numbers or any unauthorized purchase order numbers. We also do not guarantee availability of supply. However, we will remain firm upon Cosmo Enterprise, Inc. return confirmation. We are also unable to accept cash, checks, cashier checks, money orders or C.O.D orders or wire transfers for online purchases.

Sales Tax will automatically charge applicable sales tax for orders purchased in and/or to be delivered to addresses within the entire state of Hawaii.  Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes on orders shipped to any other state.
