& equipment, items cannot be returned unless defective. Defective merchandise must be reported within
14 days from the date you receive it.
No replacements will be made after this 14-day period. We highly
recommend that you open your shipment and test your item(s) as soon
as you receive it.

You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges

If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept
return of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage.

returns or exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

for pickup at the store you designated, we have instituted certain authentication

Currently, we do not process any shipments during the weekends
or holidays. Your
order must be received and confirmed before 11:59AM HST / 5:00PM EST
in order for it to qualify for shipping via your indicated method.
Please ensure that your ordering information is accurate and complete
to avoid delays. Products cannot be shipped to incomplete addresses.

and UPS Next Day Air (1-2 days process time plus next day air
transit time) as our only shipping medium, unless otherwise requested
and approved by us.
UPS Ground service is limited to Oahu residents only. Inter-island residents
are eligible only for UPS Next Day Air service. Cosmo-media.com unfortunately
does not ship to international destinations and U.S. territories (such
as Puerto Rico and Guam. (In order to make purchases at Cosmo-media.com,
you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address
within the U.S. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the U.S.
Please also note that UPS will not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
NOTE: All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual
shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit
verification by Cosmo-media.com. Normal processing can take 24-48
hours, and only upon verification and approval, your merchandise is
shipped out immediately.
You assume all risk of loss for shipped products.
Shipping Products to Alternate Shipping Address
We also strongly recommend
that you use the same address for both your shipping and billing address
or your order could be delayed due to verification purposes. If,
however, the address to which your order is being shipped differs from
your billing address (the address to which your monthly credit card
statement is sent), please contact your credit card company using the
toll-free number on the front or back of your card and create an "Alternate
Shipping Address", which will authorize purchases that are delivered
to a destination other than your billing address. This policy
is designed primarily to protect you, the customer from fraudulent use
of your credit card account. It is in your best interest to call
your credit card company and notify them of your other delivery addresses
so that your order can be authorized and shipped to you as quickly as
possible. If you do not call your credit card company to notify
them that you are using a different shipping address for an order, your
order may be delayed. Our Credit/Warehousing Department will place
the order on hold and call the billing contact person for the card.
If the billing contact person cannot be reached to verify the order,
your order may be delayed further.

School/Government Purchase Orders
We accept purchase
orders only from school and government agencies. If you plan to use a purchase order, please
enter the purchase order number when you checkout. Please be sure your purchase order is accurately

If you've seen a lower price from a local store stocking the same item
(i.e. same manufacturer and product number), bring it to our attention,
and we'll do our best to match that price.
